I offer one-on-one or small group cooking classes that I can tailor to fit your needs and skill level. If you’re uncomfortable in the kitchen and don’t know where to start or confident but want to elevate your game, there’s an option for you. Some of the lessons I offer include sushi, fresh pasta, the art of building a charcuterie board, the perfect steak, making the most out of your spice rack, mastering the basic sauces, and more.

Knife skills are the cornerstone of a good chef. I will teach you how to dice, tourne, mince, brunoise, and other techniques for any skill level. Perhaps you would like to learn how to filet a whole fish, or debone a whole chicken. Sharpen your knife on traditional whetstones, or learn how to properly use a honing rod. I will never forget when my chef in culinary school threw my knife in the trash can because it was dull. I learned my lesson and decided I would never be caught with a dull knife again!
